Delete Your Account

This page is for engineers using the Khan Expert Technology Engineer app. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data here, or in the app under Profile → Delete account.

How it works

  1. Enter the mobile number you use to sign in to the app, and the code we send to it on WhatsApp.
  2. You are signed out of the app straight away and can no longer sign in.
  3. Our office settles any wallet balance owed to or by you.
  4. Your personal data is erased within 30 days of your request.

What we delete

  • Name, phone number, email and address
  • Bank details and GSTIN
  • Aadhaar and PAN details and photos
  • ID card photo and skill certificates
  • Your login

What we keep

Records of jobs you completed, wallet transactions and invoices, with your personal details removed. We keep these as required for accounting and tax purposes.
