1. General Overview

Khan Expert Technology provides professional AC repair, installation, and general home appliance maintenance services in Siliguri and surrounding areas. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Service Bookings & Estimates

• All service bookings are subject to technician availability.
• Initial quotes provided over the phone or WhatsApp (+91 95767 68686) are estimates. The final cost will be determined after physical inspection by our technician.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe or the appliance cannot be reasonably repaired.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers.
• An inspection fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the initial diagnosis.

4. Warranties & Liability

• Khan Expert Technology offers a limited warranty on spare parts (as per manufacturer terms) and workmanship (up to 30 days, unless specified otherwise).
• We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to appliances, electrical issues in the building, or issues caused by misuse after the repair.
• Any third-party intervention on the repaired appliance within the warranty period voids our warranty.
